Amaizing Energy Cooperative Unit Trading Bulletin Board

This bulletin board allows you to post your interest in buying or selling the units of Amaizing Energy Cooperative (the "Cooperative"). 

Information posted on this bulletin board will help you identify persons who have an interest in selling membership units of the Cooperative that you may want to buy, or in buying membership units of the Cooperative you may want to sell.

Here are the steps required for interested parties to sell or buy membership units:

• The buyer and seller agree on the terms of the transaction – the number of units involved and the price.
• The buyer and seller complete a Membership Application and Unit Transfer Application.  Click here to obtain a copy.
• The buyer executes a Corn Delivery Agreement.  A copy of the Corn Delivery Agreement is attached to the Membership Application and Unit Transfer Application, which is available by clicking on the link above.
• The seller sends the completed Membership Application and Unit Transfer Application to the Cooperative along with an executed Corn Delivery Agreement and membership fee. 
• Authorized members of the Cooperative's board of directors determine whether to approve or disapprove the transfer.
• If the transfer is approved, the seller must surrender his/her/its membership unit certificates to the Cooperative, if any.
• The Cooperative issues a new certificate (more than one, if the buyer is retaining some of the units represented by the old certificate).  New certificates are mailed to the appropriate parties.
