Amaizing Energy Holding Company, LLC was organized as an Iowa limited liability company on December 27, 2006. Our ownership interests are represented by membership interests, which are designated as units. Our principal address is 2404 West Highway 30, Denison, Iowa 51442. Amaizing Energy Holding Company, LLC currently operates a dry-mill corn processing ethanol plant in Denison, Iowa with a run rate of 55 million gallons per year. The primary co-product of our ethanol production process is distillers grains which we market as animal feed. Our facility is a Fagen/ICM built plant which commenced operations in September 2005. Currently, we have 42 employees responsible for operating and managing our facility. Amaizing Energy is governed by a 17 member board of directors currently chaired by Sam Cogdill. Brian Evers presently serves as the company’s General Manager.

Throughout much of 2007 and the first part of 2008, we were involved in obtaining approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell additional membership units in the company to fund the construction of additional ethanol production capacity in Denison and Atlantic, Iowa. However, due to current market conditions our board of directors has made the determination to postpone our anticipated securities offering. Accordingly, we have also stopped site preparation activities for the planned Atlantic, Iowa ethanol plant.
